Lunch Sessions | BCA Research and Global Asset Allocation – 15 July 2015

BCA Research Global Asset Allocation

Investors have lately been buffeted by a wave of countertrend moves in global financial markets, as bond yields, crude prices and the U.S. dollar all reversed course.  Doug Peta will discuss whether these moves are technical corrections or true inflections.

He will also discuss the Chinese economy and the expected impact of accommodative policy on a range of China-exposed assets, the current and future market effects of zero- and negative-interest rate policy, and the prospects for adverse credit events and an equity bear market in the emerging markets.

There will be a question-and-answer session following the presentation.

When: Wednesday 15 July, 2015
Time: 12.30 – 2pm (a light lunch will be provided)
Where: Goldman Sachs, Level 17, 101 Collins Street, Melbourne
Cost: $15 members, $25 Q Group/Actuaries and $35 non-members
